The double room was just what i needed for a few nights. i especially liked the variety during breakfast. There were so many options. the location was a major win for me! it was so convenient to have central park right across the street, i went there every morning. stephanie at the front desk was warm and helpful. she, and her suggestions for local places were spot on.
The hallways could use a little love. The rugs looked a bit worn.

the location is fantastic for accessing central park.. it is directly across the street. the subway station is very close. i found the staff helpful when i needed directions. printing my boarding pass at the front desk was straightforward.
i noticed the breakfast area could get quite crowded during peak hours.

The hotel's location is great. It is super close to Central Park (this was very convenient). The staff at the front desk were friendly. They allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout.
The room I had was not good. The room was smaller than in the photos. The shower in the bathroom had an old, yellowed floor.

The staff provided really good service! angela was especially helpful during check-in, offering comprehensive information and ensuring a smooth process. the breakfast selection was delicious and varied, it was the best i have had at any location. the room featured blackout curtains. This was perfect for restful nights. the room's easy access from the parking lot added convenience.
This caused occasional delays. it was a slight inconvenience.
